We arrived at our floor and the proceeded on what seemed like an endless walk to our room. Luckily the second elevators scanner worker with our digital key and we were on our way.

The scanner did not work for us and another couple at all, so we had to wait until the elevator was done dropping everyone off to go back to the first floor to wait to try another elevator, not knowing if it would work out not. This in and of itself is not necessarily a bad thing (probably good for safety), but the scanners worked poorly for both the digital and physical keys. Wait was long for an elevator and once we were finally in one we had to use our diffusion key to be able to select the floor we needed. The app directed us to a group of elevators we had to walk through the middle of the casino to find. We were never able to get physical room keys. We eventually went outside and were able to check in there. There were two spots at the counter for mobile check in but they were not manned, so it was impossible to ask questions. There were signs up urging people to checking digitally on the MGM app but the cell service in the lobby was extremely poor and my husband was unable to do so. There were not enough clerks to accommodate the number of people trying to check in. We came for a weekend volleyball tournament, so I cannot comment on any adult geared entertainment.
